It is a powder that makes epoxy thinker. I get mine from west systems along with their epoxy. Pretty cheap and you get a good amount.

By the way, Thanks guys. I saw your replies a while back and went to pick some up. I like it a lot, great for filling in gaps and fillets. Don't breath in though... eeek.
