Hi Guys,
Well i am about to order 'The Bipe' to complete my Foilz Fleet.
As the Thread title suggests, i am wondering what size / capacity battery is suggested for the bipe.
My Yak and Edge both run the 3S 1320 nicely. (around 10mins fly time)
Secondly, how is everyone doing with the Non-Hacker combos?
I have nothing but Hacker Brushless in all my planes, and am yet to try another brand..... are these any good? I hear they are almost identical, can anyone comment?
Thanks in advance,
Mick

I'm using Apex's 15 C 2100's on mine.. I get 8-9 minutes of flying time. So far they have proven very good! I love these batts.. I even started using them on my edge.. The wieght difference isnt too bad and it Can still 3D with the best. I keep forgetting What motor I have but I know A lot of the motors are very simular. I know some even come from the same factory type thing but a little own "personalizing" goes on. The extreme flight "torque" motors are suppose to be very good.

Torque are great have not had a problem at all love them. 2100 15c works great also the Bipe loves lots of power. The Bipe is a funny plane you fly it for the first time and you thank this is a good plane then you fly it again and you think this is really good before you know it you will fall in love with it. I sound crazy now but when you build it and fly you will know exactly what I am talking about. It keeps growing on you. You like it more every time you fly it.

You don't sound Crazy Mikey! I understand exactly what your saying! :D
You like it more every time you fly it.
I already feel the same way about my 540 and Yak! :)
Thanks for the feedback guys, i have decided to go the Combo and try the Torque motor along with a 2100 15C Lipo.
Can't wait!
Will keep you informed!

I have the Torque motor in my edge. It is a great motor. From what I have heard, it is pretty much the same as the Hacker. Now that you will have both, you can let us know what you think!
Cheers,
Fangar
