I glued my wing in place this morning with gorilla glue, and when I got home from work, there was a bunch of dried glue that expanded outside the joint.
I was wondering the best way to remove it. I thought about my hobby knife or dremel, but I don't want to damage the depron.
Any ideas?
It's very hard to remove. How bad is it? Any pic's

If it's not too thick, you might try to slide a wide blade knife under it and lift gently. Some of the glue may peel off. When all else fails, I use a dremel. Very carefully; very slowly.

There is also one small bubble on the other side.

I'd try a brand new sharp hobby knife..... you can always fill any cuts with micro filler.
Good luck.

Here is a suggestion... Take an ExtoBlade and heat it via candle, lighter, etc...
This should allow you to hopefully cut thru it with easy, but rem it is GLUE.
Have only used this so far for cutting slots for CF support in EPP foam.

I tried the hot knife, but had great luck with a small dremel bit. I think it's for wood carving, it has a small round head, about 1/8". I have to admit, that was the most nerve racking thing I've done in a long time. My hands were shaking 15 min. after.

Glad to hear you got it worked out. I would recommend Epoxy at this joint in the future. I actually use Foam safe CA for the whole build.

Next time you can use Sumo glue or the new gorillia glue which dries white and does not expands as much. The real trick is to use tape in the joint to minimize the expansion.

I had the same problem with my first Yak. Then when I built my Bipe I just tacked the wing with foam safe CA and then did a fillet joint with 5 minute epoxy and micro balloons. This is a far stronger and more attractive joint and there is no chance of this happening. GG is far too unpredictable when it dries to use for this application IMHO.
