In a effort to make build the Airfoilz plane every easier we will doing this build thread.

I have only seen the "new" spar and have not built one yet.

I do think this should help alot of guys, as the reason I saw the new spar is a freind of mine got the new spar and had some questions about it.

The taper is made looking down at the top of the spar the spar should look like this "I" when it's in the wing not like this- "|-|"

right...so the taper is allready in the two- -of the I correct?

When assembling the spar after the the six parts are assembled into three parts push against a straight edge such as a kitchen sink edge the first thin part. Mark lines where the thick part goes and CA tack as you work from one end to the other. Repeat with third part(thin) and it is done. I also ran a very thin bead of Gorilla Glue on all 4 joints. Straight and strong. No taper as it fits well in my Edge wing.
