New to Airfoilz & foam

Just getting started with this type aircraft - bought a yak 54 FF Kit. Does anyone know where the "Parts Sheet" would typically be packed. I want to check contents and I don't know what ply parts are intended for step 5 - Glue in "Ply servo supports". Thank you in advance for any help.

The ply servo supports are the 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" lite ply squares. Two required for each servo in the fuse.

Thanks Jim. I found them Monday night by process of elimination. I built the crutch and had them left over.
