For some reason this 'HOT BREAKING News' hasn't made its way onto the Airfoilz official forum YET?

As i mentioned on there, Paul you can count me in for the first run of these planes, i definitely want one!
Also, it mentioned that there will be a full fuse version of the YAk and Edge, you can also count me in for those when they become reality!
Good to see Airfoilz is not standing still, and continues to bring us affordable, innovative and most importantly awesome performing products!

I love this new plane but why would you change the existing Edge 540 and Yak 54 to this design with a full fuse?? if it ain't broke why fix it??:)
Also does the battery sit inside the fuse of this new bird??

Yes the battery fits inside the fuse..I'll pull up a picture of the hatch. There will most likely be the profile and full fuse edge 540's and yak's being sold at the same time so it won't make the other one obsolete ;)

You know what they say.......
If it aint broken, fix it until it is! LOL!
I am sure Paul and the crew wouldn't make any changes unless they were for the better!
As Woody mentioned, sounds like they gonna keep both versions available!
Cool!

Will we be able to use the same motor, speed control, and battery like the Yak,Edge use? When I get bored of my new Yak maybe I'll invest in one of these...

I got to check out the 260 in detail at Toledo this past weekend. Let me say, this thing looks S-W-E-E-T!!!
Looking at it, you'd think it was a scale model, not made to fly, cuz it looks so scale. It uses the same power system as the Bipe. It had the hacker mounted at the show, and seemed extremely light.
This thing looks like it will fly really well, the wing area is huge, should be a real floater, yet still have the Airfoilz 'bigger plane' precision-ness.

Nice thing about this hobby is there is different flavors for individual taste. I personally like the clean look with all the electronics hidden. And if it still performs like a profile plane then even better.
Great companies are always looking for ways to improve on perfection and I think this is a winner.
I would love to see a full fuse Bipe!
