first of all im a newbie when it comes to electric planes..... and my scorpion motor, nor my esc came with any manuals other than the ESC Programming Card manual, and none of it was covered in the Airfoilz manual or online videos

ok.... i know how to connect the motor to the esc, and the esc to the battery.

ok here's what i dont know....

ok the esc has a futaba j type connector, where do i plug it into the reciever, ?

ok my battery(Vislero) has another little connector with 3 red and one black wires in the harness, where does that go?

You want to plug the Futaba J plug into channel 3 on your receiver. 3 is the throttle channel.

The 4 wire harness off the battery is for balancing the battery cells, and would be plugged into your battery balancer, if you have one.

If I am not mistaken, with Futaba X-mitters, you have to reverse the throttle on the transmitter to get it to work with any ESC. I haven't been at electrics very long - but I seem to recall having a similar, if not identical problem when I tried hooking my first one up.

I had to reverse mine on a Hitec receiver also.

The above is correct. The Throttle setting within the transmitter needs to be reversed. The ESC will not arm if the throttle stick not shut down. The ESC is likely seeing the throttle as wide open when attempting to arm. Reverse channel 3 in the radio and try again.

IF the prop spins backwards, switch any two of the ESC until it turns the proper way.

Receiver won't matter, it is the radio setting that needs to be reversed.

that I interrupt you, but you could not paint little bit more in detail.
