i have an apache smart charger and a pair of vislero lipos, but the receptacles or harnesses dont mate up. both wire harnesses on the battery and on the charger look foreign to me, im usually good at "jerry rigging" things but im stumped here,,

You certainly don't want to "jerry rig" ANYTHING when it comes to Lipo's. They can be very hazardous.
What you will want to do is carefully change the plugs to male and female by cutting off the old plugs and soldering on new plugs.
There are a few different types of plugs, I like the Deans Ultra plugs.

Then you'll have to make sure your ESC plug mates up.

Amen on the "No Jerry Rigging" with LiPos; they command respect at all times or the results can be horrible. In another post a moment ago, I mentioned exercising care not to short the leads even for an instant... this applies even to cutting the old connectors off before you solder new ones on... realize the cutters are conductive; be sure to cut them one lead at a time!
