Glue For The Plastic Nose Doublers

I noticed in the video that Foam Safe CA was used to glue the plastic nose doubler to the foam fuse side. Do you need to take sandpaper to the plastic part and make the surface rough, so the glue will stick better to the plastic?

Will 30 minute epoxy glue work as well?

It's not a bod idea. I would not use epoxy, it does not work as well as CA.
