yak 54 lighting

am currently working on my yak54 also lighted but only adds about 6gm of weight. ill submit video of the yak real soon.

Nice =) Night flying is hard... I tried it once... It's so easy for the plane to get away from you! =P

well the edge lights were an after thought, but i built them right into the wing spar on the Yak 54 using about half the lights as the edge...

it completley illuminates the wing, blue in front of the spar and white behind

i also put two single leds in the rear servo compartment facing aft to light the tail feathers. very easy to orient yourself.

just thought id share.

I was thinking of the same thing of building the lights into the wing so they light up the inside. I'd like to see how yours turns out on the Yak.
