Spar Length

Paul, I understand how the I-beam spar goes together, but the manual says that the thing should be 39 7/8" give or take 1/4". I haven't started assembling mine yet, but just measuring it on the bench it's coming out to 37 1/2". Is that a problem? Should I go to the LHS and but some balsa that size and cut to make it 39 7/8"????

I might should've mentioned I'm building the Yak, don't know if that makes a big difference.

Just add 1/2" x 1/8" piece of balsa as a filler, it has no effect on the flight performance.
