That's great news.

You can put my name down for one Paul!

I'll still keep the profile Yak tho, I have developed a bond with that bird. :p

Any sneek peeks on the color schemes for it? (Casey?)

Cheers

Mick

Good news, I can't wait. Now is it the same build as the 260?

Mine was shipped yoday I cant wait. So i have my 1st ??. What kind of foam are there planes made from??? eps? epp? If it is epp by all rights one shouldnt need foam safe ca. I am guessing it it eps due to the fact epp wouldnt hold together seeing polypropyline doesnt glue, unless you can get the glue into the foam. How many oz of ca does it take to put a full fuze together?? I dont wanna make 2 trips. I already have various forms of ca avail, but I dont think ny are foam safe... What is the advantage of useing kicker,,, seeing the glue sets in less than a minute??? Thanks Dave

All of the Airfoilz Planes are made from Depron foam...not EPP. Epp is the rubbery foam...not rigid at all;) Foam Safe CA and kicker is a must...makes the build process much much faster! Get medium CA and CA kicker! 30 minute epoxy is also used in the build. You can get away with 5-10-20 minute epoxy if you want.

Got ya ... So what is the chemical name or make upof depron. Depron is a trade/ manufacture name. Ex: lexan is a polycarbonate but othe companies make poly carbonate. I am doing a search for this material at work.
I have access to all sorts of plastics suppliers and variaties and blends of...
If I knew the chem name my search would be easier.. Thanks... Oh how much c/a I can order that thru work also and cheaper than lhs sometimes,, sometimes I can get it sampled to me lol. Thanks again

I bought a 1 oz bottle of foamsafe ca for my profile yak. I only used about 1/4 of the bottle. So even for the full fuse 1 oz should be more than enough. OH foam safe will NEVER cure without kicker. Maybe eventually but not in this life time.
