Decals

I ordered my Edge with the Mickey Scheme.Are these decals suppose to be precut or do I have to cut them out? I didn't have to do that with the Yak.

You have to cut them out.
I did mine with a nice new sharpie and a straight edge.
Only takes 5 mins.

I'm putting my 540 together now and have come to a point where I want to start putting the decals on. They're supposed to be peel and stick right? I've tried peeling them ( a scrap piece ) and all I get is the paper peeling apart, is there a trick?
