Will this outrunner and ESC work? (its cheap)

Hi,

I will be buying my first foamie from Airfoilz and it will be the new full fuse Yak as I understand that the Yak is best for new pilots.

I can get a deal on this outrunner and ESC, both for $50.00

Do you think these will be good for this plane? Or do I need something better. Heres the links.

IMO, the motor seems ok although a little bit on the heavy side. The ESC should work, but I think one with a little more head room on the max amps would be better.
