Dual Rate Setup question

I am playing around with my new DX7 radio :) and it has so many more functions than my old radio I have a question. Does any one use dual rates? I am thinking the low rate to land and take off for more control and the high rate for high manuverability. Or just use expo for more precise control.

I hardly use dual rates. I've seen a lot of planes go into the ground because of "accidently" flipping on the high rate switch or it got flipped during transportion to the flying field / house. You wont really have trouble landing this plane on high rates, just be easy on the sticks and its a pussy cat on landing. The only time Dual rates can be benificial in my opion would be for a pattern mode and then a 3D mode.
