Default What glue do I use?

Any glue that is foam safe, we recommend Gorilla Glue for the spar because it light weight and give plenty of time for positioning and expands when dry thus filling any gap between the spar and wing.

I agree with Paul and also added a 5 minute epoxy and micro balloon filet all around the wing joint after the Gorilla Glue dried.

Default Control Rod : how to assemble?

    Hi,

I am at the stage where I have to make the control rod.

The servo end is no problem. But for the control horn end, the instruction says "bend the 1/32 inch wire to create a friction fit when pushed approximately 3/4 inch carbon fiber tube".

I am not too sure how this is done. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much.

Just bent put a couple of bends in the wire so that when you slide it in the tube it touches the walls of the tube.

I have found a glue I like better than Gorilla...

    SUMO GLUE!

I found it at Lowes right next to Gorilla. Dries faster, expands less. MONDO STRONG! I use it exclusively now for my wing to fuse assembly.
