The Bipe NX news

Well now that's disappointing big time. I've been waiting for a very long time for the Full Fuselage Bipe. Even in the Notices header above it says ya'll are working on a Full Fuselage Bipe.

Yes it's extremely disappointing. The very first post of this thread says that The Bipe was going to be the first to get the "full fuselage treatment". Also the "Notices Header at the top of every page that I've seen still says that the "Full Fuselage version of The Bipe is being worked on
Somehow my ISP hasn't been letting some post notices thru & I missed the post where PaulG stated that the "Full Fuselage Version of The Bipe" was being put on hold
I had even been promised that I'd be able to get one of the first ones so I've been holding off getting & building a new Bipe for about 18 months now,
So Yeah, I'm very disappointed Big Time
However I'm happy for those of you who have been waiting for the NX version of The Bipe. Maybe after I get over my disappointment I'll consider getting this one but it's just not what I had my heart set on getting.

BTW, has anyone else noticed their post count being wiped clean? I had over 20 post and suddenly I had none at all. A email to the webmaster hasn't been answered either. Who else should I contact about that?
Also if you "quote" a post...the icons that are in the quote count towards the 4 icons your allowed in your post

Actually I had not noticed any of the above. I see that as of this morning my post count is something over 50 which is probably right but yours only 4. The webmaster should be the place to get it sorted out.?
I have noticed and reported a number of "junk" posts since I started watching regularly for bipe news and they are dealt with promptly.

Ya, I see in the header it still says "working on the bipe FF". It must have been dropped in development. Too bad the header was not changed to reflect that.
I crashed my Extra 260 FF for the second time early this spring. The damage was bad enough that with the weight of the repairs form the first crash I just striped the gear out and started the wait for the bipe. It is still not listed at 3DX Hobbies as of a few minutes ago but I will keep watching.

We are disappointed as well, we had tested the new Full Fuse bipe and we could not get it to fly as good as the new NX. I'm sorry that it has taken so long to get the bipe NX out, but we are a very small company, we manufacture the plane here in the USA and we have enough trouble keeping up with orders as it is.

Not sure what happened to your posts, must have been a glitch in the system.

I will still send you the new bipe NX if you want it.

I think I've grieved long enough over the change in plans for The Bipe
So yes, I'd be very happy to have an NX Bipe to appreciate, fly & advertise Airfoilz planes with down here

Being a small company only means that your products receive that Extra Special Attention that they all deserve

The missing posts are a mystery for sure. I had wondered if the one post I reported as spam may have had something to do with it but then again I don't see how that could be either

When I first previewed the post with a quote from you Bill & I got that vbulletin notice saying that I had 8 icons & was only allowed 4...I thought the wife had added something to my coffee Took me a few minutes to figure that one out.

Hopefully it won't be much longer before we can have our Airfoilz NX Bipes hanging on their props slowly rotating at eye level
