A 6 Cell AAA Maxell blue battery Nimh 720 mah , I always thought that the exact voltage was 1.4 to 1.5 vlts per cell X amount of cells which should be a top off voltage fresh off the peak charger 8.4 or 9.0 volts , which is the correct voltage fresh off the charger I know they all rate a 6 cell pack at 7.2 volts but that's not what you actually get right off the charger as soon as you disconnect it thanks for any one who has measured ther 6 packs after a fresh charge with a good digital multimeter.
