Airfoilz is looking Field Reps

Our Field Reps represent Airfoilz products at their local flying field, helping increase interest in Airfoilz in their area and promoting business for their local hobby shop. We’re looking for 5 people who are enthusiastic about Airfoilz planes and are ready and willing to share that enthusiasm with their fellow pilots. All the details are below, including a link where you can apply to become the Airfoilz Field Rep for your local area!

Benefits:

1. Team members receive products at a discounted price – 7% above our cost on anything 3DXhobbies.com can get and sell! Airfolz planes will be FREE.
   1. Upon joining the team, you will be issued a free Airfoilz T-Shirt to wear while representing our company.
   2. You can purchase products at a reduced price. This pricing is for Field Reps only, and this pricing is not to be passed on. Ordering for your buddies will result in immediate termination from the program. Also, remember that this is an earned discount--eligibity to remain in the Field Rep program is determined by generating tangible results in your area.
   3. You can propose a project, including all Airfoilz products necessary to complete it, and we will decide at what level to sponsor the project. Under this program, you will be expected to publicize your projects online.

3. You may get the chance to test and use cutting edge Airfoilz products before they are available to the general public.
4. You will recieve Free Airfoilz planes(equiment you supply or you can buy from 3dxhobbies.com at the 7% above cost)

Expectations:

1. Your initial project will be to build and fly a Airfoilz RC plane at your local field.
2. You will communicate with Airfoilz staff to coordinate efforts in your area. This is the key aspect of being a Airfoilz Field Rep. All Field Reps are required to maintain a dialogue with the Airfoilz sales rep for your area in order to remain in the Field Rep program.
3. You will courteously and professionally present our product line to the public
   1. No pushiness is allowed!
   2. You should be prepared to spend quite a bit of time with relative newcomers to the hobby. These are the people who have not yet formed their opinions and can easily be educated as to what our products have to offer.
   3. This is not to say that you can’t spend time with your top-end buddies. Heck, get ‘em to join the team!
4. You'll meet with your local hobby dealers to see whether they carry Airfoilz RC products and to see how you can work together help promote our product line in your local area.
5. No product obtained through the sponsorship program may be sold for at least a year after it is obtained. Any violations will result in termination from the Field Rep program.
6. You may be asked from time to time to evaluate and promote new items before they are released, in order to expand our testing redundancy as well as create a grassroots buzz to get the launch going.
7. Team members are expected to maintain confidentiality about prototypes and other products not yet publicly announced, unless specifically instructed otherwise.
